Early accessKardein is being built nowSee plan

Your job search should run while you sleep.

Kardein is a 24/7 job agent in development. It is being designed to find relevant roles, prepare tailored applications, complete repetitive forms with your controls, and track replies in one pipeline.

Early access will start with a small group of job seekers so we can build the workflow carefully before opening it wider.

The pipeline

The loop Kardein is being built to run.

A 24/7 job agent should do more than save links. Kardein is being designed around the full flow from fresh role discovery to reply tracking.

Discovery

Fresh roles, filtered by your profile

The first version will focus on monitoring target companies and supported public job feeds, then ranking roles against a candidate's titles, skills, location, salary, seniority, and work authorization.

Target source list

Start with companies and roles the candidate actually wants.

Match scoring

Rank each role against profile data instead of keyword spam.

Work-auth aware

Use sponsorship and authorization preferences as first-class filters.

Resume

Application material prepared before submit

Kardein is planned to read the job description, draft role-specific resume changes and answers, and show the candidate what changed before anything is sent.

Join early access

JD-aware drafts

Use the job description to prepare sharper, relevant application material.

Review first

The candidate can approve, edit, or stop before submission.

No invented history

Answers should come from the resume, profile, and saved context only.

Application flow

Forms handled with guardrails

The agent should fill repetitive application fields, upload files, handle known multi-step flows, and stop when a legal, sensitive, unknown, or protected step needs the candidate.

Browser-first workflow

Built for the forms candidates already use on career pages.

User-controlled answers

Open-ended answers drafted from approved context.

Submit receipts

Log fields, answers, files, timestamps, and confirmations where available.

Tracker

Replies mapped back to applications

The tracker is planned to connect confirmations, rejections, recruiter replies, and interview requests back to the exact role using user-authorized email, forwarding, or inbox routing.

Join early access

Permission-based

No private inbox tracking unless the user connects or forwards mail.

Status pipeline

Applied, needs action, rejected, replied, interview.

Manual fallback

LinkedIn or phone replies can still be logged by the candidate.

Product principles

Built for consent, not blind automation.

Kardein is still in development. The product direction is simple: automate repetitive application work while keeping the candidate in control.

01

Consent before submit

The first version is designed around review gates, approval controls, and a clear record of what was sent in the candidate's name.

02

Profile as source of truth

Resume, work authorization, preferences, and saved answers should drive every application. If the profile cannot answer a question, the agent should stop.

03

No fake answers

Kardein should never invent experience, bypass CAPTCHAs, or hide automation from the user. Unknown fields become user questions, not guesses.

04

Receipts for everything

Every application should have a receipt: job, answers, resume version, files attached, timestamp, and final status where available.

05

Respectful automation

The product should work with public job pages, supported form flows, user-controlled sessions, and rate limits rather than spammy bulk submission.

06

Reply tracking by permission

Confirmations, rejections, and recruiter replies should be tracked through user-authorized email connections, forwarding, or future inbox routing.
